Lists created with Word™ can be imported to CoStar App. The address list can be tab separated, return separated, or a merge file format. Additionally, CoStar App accepts MacEnvelope® formatting, which is a single column of addresses with blank lines between addresses. The addresses in these lists can vary anywhere in length from one to ten lines.
After preparing the list in Word™ select Save As.... The Save As... window will appear. Select Text Only in the file format popup menu. Give the list a name that is different from the name of the list that you will be using in CoStar App. Click Save.
